Euro Letting was born out of a college IT project regarding PHP Programming, database development and Search Engine Optimisation. It’s now run as a small cottage industry in a basement office in Sheffield by people who try to spend as much time as possible on holiday!
Property owners create and manage their own adverts, with 24/7 access to their management area. Currently advertising with EuroLetting.co.uk is free of charge.
As an advertiser, you (the “agent”) can create a one page advert with up to seven photographs of your property (each being under 100kb) and up to five virtual tour images. You can bookmark the page using the handy bookmark widget and the very bottom of your ad gives the enquiry form so the questions are delivered straight to your inbox. You get an Availability Calendar, provided by dateblocker.com and a Google Map. Euro Letting state that the listing will be free for one year and you will never be charged commission on bookings.
