The R Property network is a suite of free websites to advertise privately owned holiday homes to the holidaymaker. The main website, www.r-villas.com is marketed offline in national press, regional publications and specialized activity publications (like Golf and Walking publications) while the country specific websites are optimized to target online traffic looking for holidays in particular countries.

The property owner lists once on the main website and R Property do the rest to make sure your property appears on the relevant country website too.

For the advertiser, you get the very minimum and one photograph with limited text space. You can upgrade your free listing to get a web address (e.g. www.r-villa.co.uk/MyVilla) so you can use this to market your property directly, multiple photographs of your property, SMS alerts to your mobile, an online availability calendar, a location map, a local activity section to tell your guests what’s going on when, annual statistics to show all visits and enquiries from your sites and a 24/7 online admin area.

If you list for free without upgrading then the holidaymaker sees a one page advert listing the main features of your property and one photograph. The number of beds, bathrooms and what type of property it is displayed prominently as well as the price.
