Their background is a successful rental agency in the South West of England, they have heaps of practical experience; placing the emphasis on providing full details about the properties they advertise to give them the edge over competitors.
As an advertiser you get a full page ad, up to 500 free text words, space for four photographs, a link to your own website if you have one, a special offers page, access to a bulletin board to exchange ideas and view with other members plus much more. There are optional paid for extras such as translation services and SMS alerts to your mobile to enhance your free listing. You can’t list your caravan, chalets or campsites.
Holidaymakers get to look at only privately owned properties in the UK so they know they are contacting owners and not agencies when they choose their preferred place. They can use their own keywords on the Super Search Form, like “dog friendly cottages” and they can read reviews on properties through the website.
UK Holiday Homes offer a links page where they have partnered with local and national businesses to give the holidaymaker a useful source of additional information.
